Due to the evolving situation with the COVID-19 novel coronavirus and health recommendations from the LA County Health Department, the Glendale City Council meeting will be available to the public electronically.
Due to social distancing requirements, the public will not be able to attend the meeting. The public is encouraged to watch and participate from the safety of their homes to practice social distancing.

City staff will be submitting these questions and comments in real time to the appropriate person during the Glendale City Council meeting.

Motion accepting California State Library grant award providing the Open+ service, which includes direct payment to the vendor for equipment and subscription costs, and reimbursement to the City for up to $5,000 for setup and installation, and authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements and documents to accept and implement the grant

Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute Task Order No. 2 with Ascend Analytics, LLC under an Agreement with the Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA) for continued Software, License and Support Services for energy resources planning for a not-to-exceed amount of $375,000 for three-year term, with an option for the City to extend the contract for two additional one-year terms in a total amount not to exceed $259,455
Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute Task Order No. 3 with Ascend Analytics, LLC under an Agreement with the SCPPA for energy resources planning consulting services in the not-to-exceed amount of $221,825
